Let’s focus on the ‘how’!
After establishing a baseline state through our ‘Impact Scorecard’ service, clients can then chart a pathway to increase and diversify their net benefits. Our Regen Action Plans typically encompass stages of situational analysis, stakeholder engagement, strategic goal setting, impact systems development and staff capability building.
Metung Hot Springs, Regen Action Plan
After the bushfires of 2019/2020, the Gippsland community suffered both environmentally and economically. Yet their road to recovery is looking extremely hopeful, with a regenerative future for the community well underway. We are currently working on a Regen Action Plan for Metung Hot Springs – an emerging development that will transform degraded farmland into a world-class wellbeing sanctuary. The action plan will equip their team with targeted regen goals, international benchmarks and a network of collaborators.
Tasmanian Walking Company, Regen Action Plan
As a leading ecotourism operator, the Tasmanian Walking Company has always been recognised for its stewardship of iconic protected areas. With established and emerging projects across Australia (via its twin, the Australian Walking Company), the business is now eager to take their triple-bottom-line impact to a new level. The first stage of their action plan will include engagement with diverse stakeholders and leaders across their organisation.
The Thin Green Line Foundation, 2021-2025 Strategy

By working with their Board and operations team across a period of 12 months, Regen Projects was able to support the development of a new 5-year plan. Part of this framework was considering the principles of place-based regeneration and how Protected Areas and Rangers contribute to the global economy.
